I am pleased to announce that Carolyn Bonner, Probation & Parole Officer at District 21 in Branson was selected as the Probation & Parole Employee of the 2nd Quarter. Ms. Bonner was recognized at the District 10 office on Tuesday, March 4th, with a plaque in honor of her selection from Scott Johnston, Chief State Supervisor along with Region III supervisors and two of her co-workers from Branson, Robin Beck and Teresa Shulz.
Ms. Bonner was nominated by the Regional Recognition Committee and selected as the Region III Employee of the Quarter in January 2008 for her ability to meet agency expectations concerning working with offenders, exceeding contacts on a regular basis, despite having one of the highest work unit caseloads and undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer. Her dedication to her job, her client's, co-workers and the agency's mission has had a positive impact on services in her district. She was submitted for consideration as the Probation & Parole Employee of the Quarter and was selected by the PPA Team at their January meeting.
Please join me in congratulating Carolyn Bonner on this well deserved selection!
Scott Johnston, Chief State Supervisor
