Western Union Quick Collect® Service

Inmates' families and friends can send funds safely and securely through the Western Union Quick Collect service. Funds sent to an inmate through the Western Union Quick Collect Service may be sent via one of the following ways:

  1. ONLINE (with a credit/debit card): Visit www.westernunion.com today to learn more or to get started send money now!
  2. AGENT LOCATION (with cash): The inmate's family or friends must complete a Quick Collect form. To find the nearest agent location, they may call 1-800-325-6000 or visit www.westernunion.com.
  3. PHONE (with a credit/debit card): The inmate's family or friends may simply call 1-800-634-3422 and press option 2.


For each Western Union Quick Collect transaction, the following information must be provided:
  1. Valid Inmate Missouri DOC Number
  2. Inmate Last Name
  3. Code City: MODOC*
  4. Code State: MO*
