The Boonville Correctional Center (BCC) is located at the former Missouri Training School for Boys and was constructed in 1889. The facility, located in Boonville, was transferred to the Department of Corrections on July 1, 1983. BCC is a medium security (C-3) facility housing 1,256 inmates.

| *(The visiting room remains open on Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Visits are limited to one 5-hour block. Offenders are charged for a single visit when the visit extends into the second session. Only immediate family, significant other, one-to-one visitor, or named primary support person may visit on Saturday, Sunday, and designated holidays. No more than 3 visitors are allowed at one time unless visitors are age 12 and younger and are children of the offender, but not more than 6 total visitors at one time. | |||
| NO CONTACT VISITS - Administrative Segregation and Temporary Administrative Segregation offenders are eligible for 2-hour no contact visits, with a limit of 3 visitors, during each period of Disciplinary Segregation. | |||
| **SIP and R&O offenders Only immediate family, named primary support, or significant others may visit. SIP and R&O offenders have visits on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sunday. NO VISITS no Thursdays. | |||
