Assist the Department of Corrections' personnel in finding sound solutions to problems affecting the department so they can improve departmental services.

Planning efforts will focus on the Department of Corrections' strengths whereby using them to leverage these innate talents and abilities into organizational success.

Interaction with Department of Corrections personnel will be based on honesty, integrity, and respect for the employee, the organization and its culture.
Fundamental Belief
The employees of the Department of Corrections are the key to success and are ultimately responsibility for the survivability of their organization.
